Jerry Colonna

Jerry Colonna is a life coach who uses the skills he learned as a venture capitalist to help businesspeople. Previously, he was a partner with JPMorgan Partners (JPMP), the private-equity arm of JPMorgan Chase. He joined JPMP from Flatiron Partners, which he launched in 1996 with partner, Fred Wilson.

Flatiron became one of the most successful, early-stage investment programs in the New York City area. At Flatiron, Jerry was responsible for a wide range of the firm’s investments including Geocities Inc., Gamesville Inc., Vertical One Inc., and The New York Times Digital.

Ann Mehl

A former executive recruiter and coach, she assists individuals who feel stuck in their lives or simply need a plan to jumpstart their careers. Ann guides clients to listen to their authentic selves and focus on their personal growth.

She provides a blend of support, empathy, and engagement to address the mental blocks which stand in her clients' way. Her articles have appeared in Women’s Running, Body+Soul, Betty Confidential and Martha Stewart’s Whole Living program.

Michael Geer

Michael Geer learned the internet industry as a founding member of badoo.com in Moscow and then set up the London office, taking Badoo from 0 to 70 million users. He left Badoo in July 2010 and worked briefly with wayn.com to prove the power of social to the travel industry. In his spare time, Mike fights for NYC's right to be the Tech Capital of the World.

Adelaide Lancaster and Amy Abrams

Amy Abrams and Adelaide Lancaster are the founders of In Good Company, a business learning center, community and collaborative workspace for women business owners in New York City. In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, they also work as consultants and business advisors, and their work has been features in The New York Times and on MSNBC. They are the authors of  The Big Enough Company: Creating a Business that Works for You.

Philip James

Philip is a repeat entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the digital space. He is a Founder and the President of Lot18, a website that provides insider access to the best in food and wine. Philip is also a Founder of Gramercy Labs, a New York based incubator focused on the digital space. Portfolio companies include: Popdust and Fameball.

Prior to this, Philip was Founding CEO, and is currently Chairman, of Snooth Inc., a lifestyle media company with several properties including the world’s largest wine website, in addition to spirits and food sites: Snooth.com, TheSpir.it and WhatsCook.in. Philip's background also includes Technology Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch.
